HOW IT IS PRODUCED:
It is made with Albarola, Vermentino and Bosco grapes positioned to wither distant from the sun in a ventilated area. It is necessary to shed the grapes from their stalks, of which the dry stalks are able of absorbing sensitive quantities of alcohol. In the way the wine obtained stabilized itself, aged (for at least 2 years) and bottled. It is conserved in the dark cellars witha constant temperature between 10 and 15 C with a humidity level ao about 70-75%, laid horizzontally in wooden racking.
