to transmit to you the pleasure of a cuisine that has "FISH as
the PATRON".
Fish exclusively fresh elaborated with first
class products, of which many of theese can be found produced locally,
like the olive oil from the 5 Terre, the natural taste of lemons that
grow within yards from restaurant, the aroma of green parsley from the
vegetable patch are elements that render characteristic every dish.
The kitchen staff prepare our dishes
with years of experience always under the guidance of "Ciak"
head chef and also proprietor. The kitchen, which is in view from
the main dining room offers to the clients a modern way of "etaing"
in which we are able to follow the dish from kitchen to the table.
There are 11 portions of starters, consisting of warm and c9old
servings, the first course prepared by Ciak are the meeting point
of even the most fussiest of tastes you can discover or even taste
for the first time flavours from the sea, like our oysters and prawns
that can't lye to you. The lobsters in the acquarium represent the
best of our restaurant...high quality and maximum choice, a hard
combination to find.
The whole menu is prepared by us...even the
delicious puddings...from tiramisu to cream caramel cooked in Bain Mari..from
the walnut pies, the jam tarts, before arriving to the ice cream with
honey and whiskey. We offer to our clients 180 places entirely
distributed in 3 dinning area's in wich one of them upstairs, in "yachting
style"...very nice..During the summer it is possible to dine outside
underneath the cool sun shades in the square in front of the church.
